Full Day Guided River Trips

Duration: 4-5 hours total

All trips begin at the Flytebrygge located at Vangsvatn, Voss. From here we travel to Bjørke, in Raundalselva river (depending on water levels and conditions), where we will familiarize ourselves with our equipment.
For the morning, we will be focusing on technique and various maneuvers in the lagoon. Once we are all feeling comfortable, we will take a short lunch break and then begin our descent down the Raundalselva.
The river has a natural progression, starting calm, and leading into some Grade 1-2 rapids.
We finish off in Palmafossen where we pack up the equipment and return to Voss.
The trip is in total 5-6 hours long and includes all of the equipment you need (Kayak, paddle, wetsuit, booties, dry jacket, life jacket, helmet and spray deck).

Clothing:
Woolen underwear (shirt, pants and socks) is recommended.
A towel and some dry clothing to change in to after we finish is always good to have.

Minimum two participants
Some kayaking experience could be good to have depending on water level.
Must be able to swim.
Minimum age of 15 with adult supervision.

Same day cancellations and/or no shows will not be offered a make-up trip or refund.
If classes are cancelled due to extreme weather or difficult water conditions, a full refund will be provided.
